Gabriel | Madu
MD, DO, MPH, FACOFP Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician | CareGap MedFast Clinic PC
Gabriel | Madu is a highly skilled, Board-Certified, Award-Winning Family Medicine physician bringing over 20 years of clinical expertise to CareGap MedFast Clinic PC. Thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, Gabriel | Madu has a rich background providing direct patient care across multiple high-volume settings, including outpatient primary care, immediate/urgent care, hospital medicine, and the emergency department.
Originally trained as an allopathic physician in Nigeria, Gabriel | Madu immigrated to the United States and expanded his medical expertise by earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) in Long Island, NY. This unique, dual-training background empowers him to take a highly holistic approach to healthcare, tailoring treatments to the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each individual patient and their family.
Gabriel | Madu completed his specialised residency training through the Emory Family Medicine Training Program and the East Central Mississippi Health Network in Meridian, MS. His residency featured dedicated emergency medicine rotations, perfectly equipping him to handle the critical demands of immediate and urgent care services at CareGap MedFast Clinic. A passionate advocate for accessible healthcare, Gabriel | Madu proudly completed a three-year commitment with the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) in 2021, giving him exceptional insight and experience in supporting underserved patients and communities.
A true patient advocate, Gabriel | Madu takes pride in counselling patients on therapeutic regimens, health maintenance, family planning, and managing the emotional challenges of daily living. He also possesses a strong operational background, working seamlessly with hospital staff and administration to exceed regulatory compliance and maintain strict OSHA and workplace safety standards.
When he is not treating patients, Gabriel | Madu enjoys spending time with his family. He is a proud husband to his wife, who is an experienced Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), and a devoted father to their three children.
Kristen Reeves, MA
Kristen Reeves is a seasoned medical professional with over 20 years of experience across multiple specialties, including primary care, cardiology, gastroenterology, and behavioral medicine. She demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of patient care, clinical workflows, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
Highly skilled in a wide range of clinical procedures and support services, including phlebotomy, X-ray imaging, EKG administration, specimen collection and processing, patient intake, vital signs assessment, and electronic medical records (EMR) management. Known for accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to maintain excellence in fast-paced healthcare environments.
In addition to an extensive medical background, Kristen brings strong financial and administrative expertise with experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, office management, and daily business operations. She demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both clinical and financial responsibilities effectively.
As the owner of a wedding and event planning business, she applies creativity, strategic planning, and client-focused service to deliver high-quality, memorable events. She has proven strengths in logistics coordination, vendor management, budgeting, and customer relations.
Kristen is also actively engaged in full-time ministry as a pastor’s wife and musician, contributing leadership, service, and community involvement. She brings strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a heart for serving others in both professional and personal settings.
Outside of professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending quality time with family, swimming, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and singing, reflecting a well-rounded personality with both creative and recreational interests.
